Detailed Introduction
1. Buoy Body
1) Buoy body diameter is 750mm, buoy wall thickness 3mm; Streamline oval ball shape, all 316L stainless steel. The lower half shell of the buoy is pressed into a hemispherical shape at one time, and there is a supporting structure inside. The floating body has high rigidity and strength, which meets the force requirement of the buoy when it is launched, and the structure is reliable. The inner structure of the buoy is packaged with a cylindrical sealed chamber with degaussing treatment, and all the circuit components such as instruments are sealed in the chamber, so there is no risk of seawater leakage. The upper half shell of the buoy is a sheet metal stamping process, and the solar power generation panel is anchored and packaged in 6 uniform planes of the upper half shell. The top of the buoy is a flat 316L blind plate, which can be the watertight installation of antennas, warning lights, and signal devices. The surface of the buoy is treated with electrostatic spraying technology, which is resistant to corrosion and biological adhesion.
2) The power of the external solar power panel of the floating body is 6*10W=60W, and the charging time of 2 hours of normal light can complete the charging of the lithium battery pack inside the buoy. The entire power supply system provides continuous rainy days with more than 260 hours of endurance.
3) The center of gravity of the buoy body is the 316L-material sealed cabin, which is installed with a wave sensor, circuit, acquisition system board, battery, and communication module. The upper half of the buoy is equipped with solar power panels and communication antennas, AIS, warning lights, and warning signs.
4) The buoy can withstand strong typhoons with wind speeds above 60 m/s after strength calculation and has a 15-year service life design. The buoy body is equipped with a large U-ring with a tensile force of not less than 1 ton for connecting torque-free horizontal steel cables. The buoy is fitted with a 360-degree rotating 316L stainless steel ring at the bottom for mounting the anchor system.
